At Burger Bach our purpose is simple: We Bring New Zealand to You. We frame every decision we make through the lens of accomplishing this purpose. We have carefully and intentionally sourced from the healthiest and best, naturally good-for-you products, including:

  • Pasture raised, grass fed and certified halal beef and lamb from Silver Fern Farms
  • Fresh wild seafood, including local Mid-Atlantic Oysters
  • Craft Beers with an emphasis on local breweries
  • Pre-prohibition style craft cocktails

What's In a Name?

Bach (pronounced batch) is a small, often very modest holiday home or beach house. Alternatively called a crib on the South Island, they are an iconic part of New Zealand history & culture, where they symbolized the beach holiday lifestyle that was becoming more accessible to the emerging middle
class in the 1950's.

Seafood is our secret weapon. We serve wild caught jumbo Argentinian Royal Red shrimp, roasted oysters and offer a raw bar full of fresh local and Mid-Atlantic oysters.
